Defend, Publish, & Lead Podcast Interview

A couple of weeks ago, I was so busy with mentally and physically preparing for my first marathon that I missed the release of a podcast episode I was so excited to record.
For years, I have loved following Dr. Christine Tulley's scholarship and her public-facing work to help graduate students finish their dissertations and to help faculty (and future faculty) find success in publishing. She's a great thinker and leader in writing studies, and her reach extends far beyond one discipline. Her podcast is one vehicle for outreach and support, and we had a chance to connect on the challenges of PhD students who are also parents. She invited me and my co-editor, Dr. Jenna Morton-Aiken, to be guests on her podcast, and it's always fun to recount the fun, unexpected origin story of the book, Parenting While PhDing.
I hope you'll tune in. Here's a link to listen on Apple Podcasts or Dr. Tulley's website.
